Dan Kennedy
Founder & CEO
Starting his career as an apprentice back in 2003, Dan has an incredible understanding of the "Route To Success", and the importance of apprentices & young talent. Dan further enhanced his career by becoming lead engineer and subsequently leading training and development programmes for apprentices.

In 2017 the dream of creating a Family Run Independent Business, became a reality. 6 years on and D.K Lift Services have provided an array of vital services to both the Lift Industry and Direct Clients alike.

"Probably spending time with my young family (2 young boys and my wife). If they had better plans themselves, I would most likely be unintentionally taking chunks out the grounds of an unsuspecting Golf Club......."

Mel Francis
Operations Manager
Despite being a fresh face the the lift industry, Mel has an advanced demonstration of skills within both Operations and Management. With a key attention to detail Mel has naturally formed in to part of the team. Daily Responsibilities include Compliance and Business Development alongside an increasingly developed skill set in accounting, sales and project management. In addition Mel is responsible for team management and internal HR Duties. ​

Dave Smee
Project Manager
Dave's venture into the lift industry is not a conventional one. With a developed background in Construction & Stone Work, Dave has developed strong experience within Project & Site Management Roles. After a decision to pursue new challenges, we welcomed Dave as our dedicated Project Manager. Dave's skills for organisation and client rapport will most certainly work to fuel the growth of D.K and retain repeat business. In addition, Dave will be working alongside the team to assist with the construction based elements of our projects to enable D.K to continue to provide full turnkey project solutions.
